by commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.
all sales are final.

01. INFO.
prices listed are set in USD.
I may decline your request if it's not within my capabilities.
you are not allowed to use my artwork in any blockchain-related technology - including AI / ML program training, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
failure to abide by my T.O.S will result in an instant blacklist - see more info below!

02. payment.
full payment upfront - via vgen. payment plans are available.
I will not start the commission until the initial payment has been completed - payment must be sent within 3 days of receiving the invoice or it may be delayed.
commercial usage requires a fee - which must be paid before the commission can be used commercially. paying this fee does not give you the copyright to the commission.

03. process.
commissions can take 2 weeks to 3 months to complete from the time I start - this does not include the time spent waiting on my waitlist.
art block and mental health may delay commissions - if you're not okay with unexpected delays, then please do not consider commissioning me.
I will send you updates on your commission through vgen dm's - you'll receive an update for the line art, render phases, and the final piece.
you might not receive the first update [line art] for a few weeks - I tend to test different poses and compositions until I'm happy to move on to the render phase.
there's unlimited revisions in the line art phase [within reason] and 2 revisions in render phase - additional / large revisions will come at an extra cost.

04. client rights.
you have ownership of commissioned artwork and designs but not the copyright to them.
you agree to not edit, sell [without a commercial licence], or claim my work as your own.
you are allowed to print artwork for non commercial use and to crop and resize for social media.
you may upload the commission to any of your social media[s] with proper credit to me as the artist. @rielises everywhere.

05. do's and dont's.
cute characters, fanart, oc's, irl people [+25%], kemonomimis [animal ears/tail], mild nsfw, mild gore [blood].

anthro characters, buff characters, old characters, mecha, imitate styles, dynamic poses, seraphine, katarina.

06. refunds.
I do not offer refunds or accept chargebacks so please be aware of this before requesting.
in the small chance I cannot complete your commission, I will refund you.

07. blacklisted info.
if blacklisted, your commission will be considered complete - [finished or not] and no refund will be given.
if you decide to issue a chargeback regardless of my T.O.S, I will work with support to resolve it.
you will be called out on my socials [and blocked] to warn other artists of your poor behaviour.

commercial rights will be given to you after the fee has been paid in full. this gives you the right to use the commission for streaming / merch purposes. it does not give you the copyright.
commercial fee is applied per piece per usage - ex. commissioning 2 pieces but using 1 commercially = 1 commercial fee, using a commission for both stickers and charms = 2 commercial fees.
commercial rights to your commission can be purchased at any time.

02. how long have you been drawing?
since january, 2020. I started out on an ipad pro and spent 2-3 years teaching myself digital art, mostly through samdoesarts and lotusbubble's tutorials. in 2023, I took art more seriously and upgraded to a huion tablet.

as long as it's not heavily referenced, it's okay. this includes using the same design choices, such as: fonts, brand colours and general layout.
I encourage you to find multiple artists to base your inspirations off of to avoid completely copying one specific person.
